Daytona 500 Official Rules
Grand Prize – 2 Tickets to the Daytona 500 February 26th in Daytona, Florida.
$150 provided by Yeager Airport.

1. There is no purchase necessary and no obligation in order to participate. Must be at least 18 and a resident of WV to win. Race Tickets would be claimed at the WTNJ Radio city Studios, Winners will be contacted by a representative of Yeager airport to arrange specific flight dates and cash winnings. Grand Prize includes round trip airfare for two to Orlando Florida. Air Accommodations to be arranged by Yeager airport. Winner is reponsible for transportation from Orlando to Daytona, Hotel Accommodations, and any incidental fees (i.e. Baggage, car rental, taxes etc) $150.00 may be issued in Check form. Airfare may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person and must be used by February 27th, 2012 and in-conjunction with this promotion. Tickets to the Daytona 500 are reserved seating.
2. One registration per house hold. One winner per household.
3. By entering any contest you acknowledge that, as with any endeavor, there is an inherent risk by participating and you agree to hold forever harmless Southern Communications Corp, its owners, directors and employees as well as its associates, representatives and advertisers/partners from any and all liability, of any kind whatsoever, including injury or death that may occur as of a result of your entering this contest. If you are not in agreement with this provision and are not willing to further attest by signature of your acceptance to these terms please do not enter the contest.
4. Employees of Southern Communications Corporation licensee and their affiliated stations, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Person(s) working in competing media (newspaper, billboard, direct mail, speciality advertising, and/or television) and staff of Yeager Airport, and their families are not eligible to participate.
5. Under no circumstances will any prize be mailed. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees. A 1099 may be issued.
6. No prize substitution(s) or transfers of winning to another player will be allowed once the prize has been awarded.
7. One winner per household, per station, every 30 days.
8. Southern Communications reserves the right to change and amend these rules and regulations at any time. Rules will be made available to the public from our studios located at 306. S.
